At Vanlife Giveaways, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all giveaway entries associated with the original purchase will be voided upon the processing of your return.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
